Neerja replied very well to my quiries.
The cake i got was not in good condition and the cake which i ordered was totally different.
Order placed then received a call stating that the said product is not available. Order delivered by a day delay. Damaged product. Not Trustworthy at all.. they charge and dont deliver what is mentioned on their website. And if refund asked they are asking another 10-12 days..

Never ever order from Winni. Fraud people. Morning delivery waited til night 10pm for my special occasion finally they delivered low quality wrong item cheap cake instead of a fondant cake what i ordered. cake was not eatable. i have lost my 1900rs because of this fake people. Absolutely No to Winni. If not refunding i will file complaint in consumer court
