Very disappointed. The bouquet that was delivered was not what I ordered. Wrapped in a lousy cellophane sheet. Whereas Iit should have been in a paper wrapping.

It was nice speaking with Shilpa for my queries. She helped me with issues I was facing on portal and guided me for placing order. She has also assured me that the cake I have placed will be in best quality

Extremely poor customer service. We had ordered a cake for birthday celebration at 6 o clock. Delivery slot was from 2-6. But cake was not delivered till 9 PM. We had to get cake from local shop for the celebration. When we contacted customer service, they were not ready to process refund. They had a very negligent attitude and we had no option but to take the cake. Would never order again from winni.

I have order Kid Cake for my 7 year old Daughter a micky cake and 7 Digit Candle but received only cake they charged for the candle 50 rs but service provided 0 rs, They are not trust able i will suggest not to order anything from WINNI site you will just spoil your money and the moment which you plan for it. They don't have proper customer care line or number and the number the providing is fake when you will call it will promote wrong number. Only online chat is active which is useless, I have risen a complaint against my matter , they said they will give refund on my winni wallet, "Do you really think I will order again from your site " and what I will do with wallet money which is only useable for winni site. worst ....service ever....

I had a very poor experience. I ordered the cake online for my brother since I'm based in Australia. But my brother didn't get the cake. On the day the cake was supposed to be delivered, I got an email saying that the receiver is not picking up call. I replied immediately to leave it with the watchman while I tried to contact my brother. But after 10 minutes I got an email saying it's cancelled. The delivery guy didn't even wait for 30 minutes as per the policy. Really sad.

It was my first experience with Winni, only seeing midnight delivery I placed an order for Chocolate truffle seeing the pic on site and a lotus candle and message on cake for my best friend on birthday...For midnight delivery I had to pay extra 250rs.. Everything was fyn...bt to my disappointment they didn't deliver the cake telling my number was not reachable when my friends address and number was available...Then I had to call them up..and then they said they would deliver it in the evng as per my friends instructions and refund of midnight delivery will be initiated which again disappointed me where the cake looked different ...there was a different candle and no msg on cake...I got so furious...I didn't want to use their services any further and asked to refund to my account bt then they were not willing...It was their mistake where they didn't even meet simplest requirements of the customer....

The staff has been very cooperative. I wanted an upgrade of my earlier order and Shilpa helped me through the entire process smoothly without any hassle. Cake delivery abroad has become quite smooth with just a click of a finger. Thank you.

I wanted to send flowers for my wife's birthday, and when i checked with winni team on chat they said they can deliver on time if i pay 250 extra and i did all the payment. on the birthday they called by evening telling me they couldn't get flowers and asked to cancel my order.

I had ordered a mug and chocolates as a gift. The mug got delivered and the chocolates did not and while tracking the order it shows order completed. On Inquiry Winni did not assist and did not try to refund the payment of the chocolates not delivered. Quiet disappointing i am not upset on loosing my money but the moment was lost.

I have wrongly mentioned the date but when i have contacted to customer service Kiran has helped me out. Thanks Kiran
