Please please don't fall for the ratings. I beg everyone. Worst n pathetic service.customer service only available till 9pm but they called me at 9.30pm when I'm in sleep and not answered they said because of wrong pin code they can't deliver cake.what they are doing on the day time.i can't even contact them at 10 as they are closed by 9. They ruined my friend birthday. And said 30% cancellation charges to return to my bank account even though it's there fault.looting totally looting people's money.. guys please be careful

Ordered butter scotch and got other cake delivered. When talked with customer care they told to replace. This makes me think about hygiene in this pandemic when they take the wrong delivery and deliver the same to others. Please think twice before you place the order. Order no. 009201061055

Placed an order by mistake on the day after birthday. Sharma Neha came to my rescue and helped me in sorting it out immediately. Very understanding and very supportive.

It's not good. I purposely plagiarized to check the system and it found only 30% plagiarized work. I am not telling that other free programms such as this are better... but who i am supposed to invest money when i don't trust the resultsread more

Pathetic experience, they are Cheaters. Request to people who think of ordering cake from winni, please don't do so.We had ordered royal white forest half kg cake for which they charged 899, ref order ID 009131047674 dated 13 SEP. They delivered white forest which was worth Rs.370. The cake which we ordered & the one delivered are totally different. Only when the cake pics were shared we came to know their reality. After writing complaint, they are not reverting on mail, chat is discontinued & phone was disconnected. We were cheated, at least others will be aware & be careful while ordering.

Excellent support and service provided to me

I've given the order same delivery . But for some reason I want my order before the given time slot . So I paid for the fix time slot . I requested to the customer support to try to deliver before 1 hr . Preet(executive name) directly she denied . That she can't change . . Wrost service from winni . Very disappointed.

Delivers a different product which is totally worthless... not even written the name on the cake... Customer support is a nightmare... Totally spoil the occasion...
