Worst experience. I ordered and paid online. Never received the cake. Their customer service don't respond. Money gone :( Don't order from these people.

Extremely bad experience, placed a prepaid order and there is no response since then. Tried contacting them through mails, chat, calls etc. all in vain. Never recommended!!

had a chat with your customer care executive neha sharma she is able to sort out my query, yesterday i had a bad experience with Shivi & Elsa regarding my query they didn't respond at all for my requested order.

Very poor customer service I order a Cake and bouquet and I received it in totally disaster condition. And I then contacted with them about this and they are just saying it is not our mistake and they didn't take any action for it. Totally wastage of money. I am not recommending anyone to order from "Winni". Very disappointed from their services. There is no option for images otherwise i will see all of you what they shown it their website and what they provided us. I just give you a suggestion please do a tremendous work otherwise you will lose your all customers like this.

Sorry to say but very poor customer service I order a plant and I received it in totally disaster condition it is broken and dried . And I contacted with them about this and they are just saying it is not damage product, the plant is just dry you have to water it. Totally wastage of money. I am not recommending anyone to order from "Winni".

Worst ever . They should close down and start selling vegetables. As flowers n cakes are not their domain.

Poor. They will not try re-delivery and neither will they refund your money. The customer care is useless and cant keep up to their promises. I understand that cake cannot be delivered the next day but how about the 700 rs chocolate?

Worst experience ever. They have hired untrained and unprofessional staff. They do not entertain any enquires once the order is placed. You can not trust about your order with them. They do not cooperate at all and the owner does not take any responsibility of the employed staff.
