I had a very poor experience
I had a very poor experience. I ordered the cake online for my brother since I'm based in Australia. But my brother didn't get the cake. On the day the cake was supposed to be delivered, I got an email saying that the receiver is not picking up call. I replied immediately to leave it with the watchman while I tried to contact my brother. But after 10 minutes I got an email saying it's cancelled. The delivery guy didn't even wait for 30 minutes as per the policy. Really sad.
