IS THIS A JOKE??? Failed to deliver then wrote: "You did not ask us for re-delivery so in that case, we have treated your order as completed from our back end. We apologize for not meeting your expectation this time but we surely look forward to serve you better in the near future". Failed to deliver but "WE HAVE TREATED YOUR ORDER AS COMPLETED FROM OUR BACK END". This certainly sounds like it's coming out of their back end! Deliver the order or refund my money! NEVER COME ACROSS ANYTHING SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNBUSINESSLIKE IN MY LIFE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T USE THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE/BUSINESS!

FRAUDULENT. DO NOT USE! Made order. Paid extra for specific time delivery. Received a message saying could not reach number provided so sent alternative immediately. Next day had message that order was complete. Then another message saying "you did not request re-delivery so order canceled". I have not received a refund and they have not completed the order! I have sent over 10 messages asking to speak to someone but no responses and do not pick up the phone when I call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrible experience.. I ordered a combo item ( Bonsai with laughing Buddha) . They delivered one but not the other. When I called the customer care they offered me 15% refund not even allowing me return the items..

Mannat was so helpful and I made a request for updating my wife name on the cake I ordered and she quickly updated me that it will be done...so thanks to her for such prompt response and service...god bless her..

impressive n cost effective.

Very disappointing and deceiving!! .. Ordered 1 round shaped chocolate and cream cake and one round butterscotch cake, bunch of yellow Roses and big box of chocolate. Instead they delivered heart shaped random flavour cake with red rose and a small bar of chocolate. The order was totally wrong. Paid extra for delivery but the order was delivered very later than the chosen slot. Tried to seek customer service for an explanation multiple times but no response. Very bad and deceiving!!!

The cake was delivered on time ... I m very satisfied with the service ... Thnku winni 😃

Winni has great services. Their products are fresh and hygienic. Also the cost of products is reasonable.

FRAUD Site. After being used to online platforms, without thinking much i ordered a cake through this. I ordered for 2pm to 6pm slot for my wife's birthday and waited till 9pm and i did not received it. So I informed them to cancel the order. Next day I got a message saying my order got delivered. When checked with customer care, they are saying they attempted a delivery at 10pm and failed so I lost my money or pay again Rs 200 for delivery. I tried multiple escalation but they are least bothered. If you are lucky you will get your product, else think money is gone. All these reviews are paid reviews
