I placed an order for white lilies, which were delivered promptly. However, I was disappointed to find that along with the lilies, they included old yellow roses of extremely poor quality. I promptly contacted WINNI customer care to express my concern, but their response was limited to acknowledging the delivery of lilies. The purpose of sending a bouquet is to evoke a sense of joy, yet WINNI's inclusion of subpar yellow roses completely undermined this intention and left me dissatisfied.

Ordered flowers were different to what was delivered when I tried to check with them they stopped responding on chat. Very poor service DO NOT ORDER FROM WINNI.

DO NOT ORDER FROM WINNI I ordered the cake and mug for birthday. My order number was 307293420349. The delivery time was 9 Am to 3 PM. I asked the status of the order at 3.29 PM and has been confirmed by the executive that due to the rain the order has been delayed. However, at that time there was no rain. The rain stopped as around 2 PM. I called again at 5 PM and the executive who picked the call was talking very rudely and the behavior was very unprofessional. He said we are taking the complaint and by ordering I m not doing any favor to him. He disconnected the call. After that I have tried to call again and did more than 200 calls, but the moment I called the call got disconnected that means I have been blocked. This is the service of WINNI when a client calls to know the status you people blocked him. I called again from different number then it has been picked by ROHIT SHARMA. He was also not worried that the client does not receive the order and repeated the same line “ due to rain the order got delayed”. This is amazing the rain stopped at 2 and at around 6 PM they are saying the same. When I asked to talk to the manager he said there is no manager. He said sorry and I can do what ever I wanted to do. I am going to the consumer court for the harassment and will ask for the compensation

I ordered a mango cake. The picture on their site appeared appealing. The cake delivered is Completely different design to the one on their site, very rushed and poor job on the design. Upon complaining and sending them clear photos of the cake they sent versus what they advertise on their site i was told i did not complain on time within 6-7 hours as per policy. Avoid this company that does not understand their customer needs and poor quality control

My order was not delivered despite many assurances.. despite charging me double delivery charges .. appalling and disgusting services .. better to say scam rather than services .. companies like yours should be banned and prosecuted.

It is not reliable site for ordering cake or gifts. I made a bad decision that I've ordered birthday cake for my father. After waiting for the whole day they disapproved the order and there was no communication regarding that. I feel lucky that I didn't paid the money or else would have been lost it .

Bad product and extremely poor customer support.

Ordered cake for my sons birthday. They delivered on time, but the cake is not the one I ordered and candles, better not to talk.. I tried to contact the customer care, but no response so far

First time I ordered cake online with winni for a change but very disappointed with the quality. High price but look cake was delivered from some local vendor.

My wife and I arranged a Mother's Day cake+flower delivery in India from the US. The delivery time window was 10 am to 2 pm. The order showed delivered without any tracking details or delivery confirmation. We called them at least ten times from both US and India, but even after hours, no update. Finally after the recepient herself fought over the call, they delivered the order in the night 9 pm. They completely ruined our Mother's Day celebration. I would absolutely not recommend Winni for placing an order from abroad.

My son order personalised-woman-caricature for his Mother but these people send totally wrong picture. Now a days they are totally fooling to customer. One of executive from winni Mr Davinder told me, he is going to send personalised-woman-caricature again.but after that he is not bothered to reply. Now a days winni is totally waste of money and time......it's better to choose some other online options

The product looks identical to the image on the website, and the flowers were fresh. A bit overpriced overall, but the delivery was a breeze.

I tried alternative of Ferns and Petals, i thought winni would be great choice, they ruined my motherds day..!! 14th May is the Mothers day but these Unprofessionals are trying to deliver on 15th May. They literallary ruin the someone's emotions.

Pathetic experience. I placed a order at 2.12 pm for the occasion of mothers day (order no 305143279) at the pin code 201012 for same day delivery. Its showing that order was ready by 2.32 pm but went out for delivery at 8.43pm but till now its 12.00 am it not been delivered. I missed sending cake to my mom on mother's day. I tried winni first time and really pathetic. Not recommend to any one.

Pathetic, worst experience ever. Delivered hours late and flowers are completely dry and wasted. Worst service ever! Better to not buy flowers, but don't ever buy from them, you'll regret like anything, and lose all your money
