The best water company in my…

The best water company in my experience. Well run and sympathetic with customers when things go wrong at their property - as it did at mine when I was away! I got the problem fixed asap on my return but was expecting to get stung for the water used but Wessex Water didn’t hit me with a massive charge. They sent my case to a special board who decided I’d done my best to stop the wasted water and therefore didn’t deserve to get punished. I got a small nominal charge and that was it! That made me realise they’re a good company. That’s backed up by the total lack of any bad stories in the news about them. My advice - move to an area served by Wessex Water!

Repair of Domestic Sewer Blockage

I was very pleased with the overall service to resolve an unexpected issue. Having logged the issue out of hours using the online tool I was impressed with the immediate response meaning the next morning the issue had been resolved. Compliments to the process allowing me to relay information and all those who contributed to issue resolution.

Outstanding service

The customer service advisor who took our call was very helpful and Rudy was with us in a couple of hours. He was polite, diligent and kept us informed throughout the process, carrying out the job very thoroughly.

I contacted Wessex water today

I contacted Wessex water today, due to an interruption in my water supply, I spoke with a very polite young lady, who was helpful, courteous and gave me answers to my query. I received really good customer service from her, it really was nice to be helped in a lovely manner. Please pass on my thanks to Hannah.

Wessex Water - First Rate

Wessex Water always deliver first rate service from the phone being answered promptly initially to the completion of the job. All the staff are friendly, polite and deliver first class customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent experience

We have just had a water meter installed by Danny from Wessex Water Authority. What a painless and pleasant procedure! Danny was ‘on time’ polite and very professional. He did a magnificent job. 😁No mess to clear up 😁 We have no hesitation in recommending him/the company.

A very straightforward and helpful experience

Having woken up this morning to no water, and seeing others in the area having similar problems, I rang Wessex water. I waited just a couple of minutes to speak to someone. Special shout out to Roan, who was so helpful and explained the situation and reassured me that our supply would be back on very soon. Sure enough, supply was resumed thirty minutes later.

It didn’t take me long for someone to…

It didn’t take me long for someone to answer. The lady who took the call acted quickly and she was polite& friendly. The water was restored within a short time, Also another lady called to the cottage to check the water is working ok but was ready to fix the problem if I needed to. Great service Thank you

Excellent Customer Service

What could have been a very stressful week with a complex sewage issue was not, thanks to Charlie, Darren and Louis. As soon as the issue was handed to Wessex it was dealt with efficiently, I was kept informed at all points throughout the process and reassured very quickly with any concerns I had. This was a real awful job, in freezing conditions. These guys are an asset to Wessex Water, they made the whole situation so much easier to deal with.
