The best water company in my…

The best water company in my experience. Well run and sympathetic with customers when things go wrong at their property - as it did at mine when I was away! I got the problem fixed asap on my return but was expecting to get stung for the water used but Wessex Water didn’t hit me with a massive charge. They sent my case to a special board who decided I’d done my best to stop the wasted water and therefore didn’t deserve to get punished. I got a small nominal charge and that was it! That made me realise they’re a good company. That’s backed up by the total lack of any bad stories in the news about them. My advice - move to an area served by Wessex Water!

Repair of Domestic Sewer Blockage

I was very pleased with the overall service to resolve an unexpected issue. Having logged the issue out of hours using the online tool I was impressed with the immediate response meaning the next morning the issue had been resolved. Compliments to the process allowing me to relay information and all those who contributed to issue resolution.

Outstanding service

The customer service advisor who took our call was very helpful and Rudy was with us in a couple of hours. He was polite, diligent and kept us informed throughout the process, carrying out the job very thoroughly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Service from Dominic Scull Dominic Scull from Wessex Water recently came out to unblock a drain at my property, and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and dedication. What initially seemed like a simple issue turned out to be a major blockage at the front of the sewage line, which had backed up through the entire estate—our property being at the very end of the line. The whole situation took around 7 hours to fully resolve, but Dominic remained patient, polite, and focused throughout. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explained the problem, and didn’t leave until everything was working as it should. It wasn’t an easy job, but thanks to Dominic’s persistence and expertise, the issue was completely sorted. Excellent service—highly recommended!
