Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

Confused installation process, followed by poor connectivity for a few weeks until an engineer visited simply to remove a USB dongle that apparently slowed data transfer to help the engineers with testing, that they forgot to remove. Meantime, as I work from home, this compromised my ability to work effectively. However, Wessex Internet contacted me and apologised about this shortcoming, and gave me 2 months free broadband for the initial trouble I'd had, which is great service, and all has been fine since
I had a booking to install my new broadband service and the installer arrived as arranged. Poppy was professional, friendly and courteous during the whole installation. She explained everything perfectly and gave me help when I needed it. She is a great ambassador for Wessex Internet. Thanks very much.
We had a problem with our internet connection late afternoon and immediately telephoned Wessex Internet. Our problem was dealt with very efficiently: firstly by Zoe who immediately passed on our difficulties to Alan and who set up a visit the next morning. Liam arrived at the prearranged time and the issue resolved. Thank you to all concerned at Wessex Internet who were extremely efficient,
Had a little problem with my new broadband, and Zoe talked me through some troubleshooting steps. They didn't work and she had therefore to escalate the case to the Technical team. However, within minutes, she was back on the phone with a "Try this..." And trying this worked. During our early conversation she was very professional, and clearly did not forget the problem the minute we stopped talking. She's a star.
The best thing about my recent Wessex installation was their engineer Adrian. The position the kit had to be installed at was at floor level between a wall and a cabinet full of DVDs. But Adrian was determined to do it despite all the challenges. He is ex Royal Navy and a lovely man and my internet is now running at around 800mbps so thank you Adrian! Wessex really do understand customer service and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely rubbish, don’t use them! Their customer service is limited and they don’t have an app to control your setting. Worst of all the basic BT broadband was better than their fibre!!
I want to say a big Thankyou to Wessex and most especially the wonderful Lucy. She has been so kind, calm, patient and incredibly helpful throughout all the teething troubles we have had. The New Boosters brought by Liam and all set up have really sorted out the wifi issues upstairs and I am really very impressed how fast everything has been improved, resolved and sorted. We seemed to have had more than our expected share of difficulties since installation and I was worried and disappointed. Everyone was giving me a hard time about switching to Wessex and it was all beginning to feel a like a very bad idea. However, having such amazing customer care from Lucy who is exceptional, everything is sorted and everyone is happy. I'm relieved and grateful. Thank you so much for taking my dismay seriously and for sorting it all out.
