Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

What a revelation! Joining Wessex Internet after 50 years of suffering with BT! We went from 0.14 Mega bits with BT (NO I am not joking!) to 180 with Wessex, just brilliant! Wessex are cheaper, the staff are extremely friendly and most helpful, you actually get to talk to a real person, in our case 7 miles away (NOT half way around the world like with BT!), if like us you are over 70 and never grew up with IT, computers etc, Wessex personnel have the patience of saints! We wish Wessex had been around years ago!
Great local company. Had a problem with our WiFi which turned out to an issue with the router. Rang customer service and was answered within 4 minutes on a Monday morning! They found the problem straight away and by the afternoon we had picked up new router and were back online in the evening. Great company with great staff.
It was talking to Graham that convinced me. I was a bit wary of jumping ship with my provider, but he took me through the steps and all the way through he has been very helpful. The end result is that I have a faster internet which isn't dependent on overhead lines and telegraph poles.
Great service, they came on the days they arranged, on time. Chris P did the inside work, clean and tidy workmanship, he didn't leave until he knew everything was up and running, which took a little while. Really pleased with the service received, will definitely recommend to friends and family

They have done precisely nothing. We signed up. They did nothing. When chased they gave us a date. Nothing happened. They say they are having difficulty finding a telegraph pole they can use. Then silence. Are they picking off low hanging fruit and leaving the rest to rot?

Had a real kerfuffle with my router recently, couldn’t get it to connect no matter what I tried. Like many would, I thought, “Let’s just reset it and see if that helps.” Pro tip: do not reset your router! Thankfully, Ruby was absolutely brilliant. I must have called her every 30 minutes at first just for updates, and she was always friendly, patient, and helpful, never once showed any frustration with my constant check ins. Then there was Will, who truly went above and beyond. He dropped what he was doing, reconfigured a new router for me, and had it ready to collect within the hour. Incredible service. You simply wouldn’t get this kind of support from other service providers. Ruby and Will both went the extra mile to get me reconnected, and I can’t thank them and, the whole team at Wessex Internet enough.
