Had a real kerfuffle with my router
Had a real kerfuffle with my router recently, couldn’t get it to connect no matter what I tried. Like many would, I thought, “Let’s just reset it and see if that helps.” Pro tip: do not reset your router! Thankfully, Ruby was absolutely brilliant. I must have called her every 30 minutes at first just for updates, and she was always friendly, patient, and helpful, never once showed any frustration with my constant check ins. Then there was Will, who truly went above and beyond. He dropped what he was doing, reconfigured a new router for me, and had it ready to collect within the hour. Incredible service. You simply wouldn’t get this kind of support from other service providers. Ruby and Will both went the extra mile to get me reconnected, and I can’t thank them and, the whole team at Wessex Internet enough.
