Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

Having had a number of problems and phone calls an engineer Tiago arrived and repaired everything internet and phones (including the muddle spaghetti’s junction of cables) a shining knight excellent in all ways and so helpful and charming I could not be more pleased -everything now works .
Arron in technical support was helping me with a question I had asked. My phone battery died just as he was asking for my email address so he could send me some information. I expected to have to call back and go through everything again with another technician. I was really surprised to receive the email I before I called back. Arron must have tracked my account and email address down by looking up the mobile number I had called on. That sort of care makes a lot of difference. As for my new fibre connection, I have only had it 24 hours but it is providing good speeds, as advertised.

Adi and Jimmy were the team tasked with activating the service to my property. These two employees are a shining example of what a customer focused team should be, they were extremely polite, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Very competent Engineer who did the installation work and it is running well. Special call out to Adi who explained how it would work and connected us up. The broadband is a great improvement on our previous supplier and the transition was seamless, thank you all in the Wessex team.
Very good experience with Wessex Internet from outset. Garden Team 1 offered great advice and did an excellent job (on time, polite/courteous and left property clean). Follow up experience of installation was excellent. Tyler R arrived in the time slot allocated and did a superb job of installing the Fibre, whilst explaining set up and offering support should it be required from a customer service aspect. Overall, I was very happy with the trouble free experience which was very professionally dealt with.
Queried a website access issue late on a Friday and received a phone call on Saturday morning, this despite the issue lying elsewhere outside Wessex's control. Stephanie was most helpful!
Great service yesterday and today at St Mary’s Church in our village. Yesterday team one did the outside work brilliantly which required a bit of thought and enterprise. Thanks guys sorry don’t know your names! Today Chris P arrived on time to do the inside work. Second time we have met as he did my home last year. Again, great, helpful service ensuring all our systems worked and we were absolutely happy before he left - thank you! Thanks also to Wessex Internet as a company for looking after Churches so well, hugely appreciated.
A couple of months ago I installed a 2nd Sky box in my kitchen. My fibre data usage shot up - I'd no idea this would happen (Doh!) and I started getting extra charges for going above my 100G limit. I queried this with Wessex and am now on an unlimited package and much faster for an extra £10 pm. They also refunded me the extra I'd been charged. Brilliant. Well done to Stephanie. You're a star.
