I can’t fault the service we’ve had…
I can’t fault the service we’ve had from Wessex Internet from the initial set up to the assistance I needed to get the extra modem set up. The connection has been faultless with fantastic speed - the best we’ve ever had in fact. Would definitely recommend them.

Top marks to Benn Gatier's customer service.
I spoke to Benn Gatier and decided to go ahead with the installation. Benn was extremely helpful and guided me through the procedure. There were hiccups with line faults, but Benn kept me informed. Any queries I had were quickly answered. Now fully installed and very happy. Thank you Benn.

Query handled well and promptly
I wrote an email saying me landline phone wasn't accepting answerphone messages and could Wessex Internet recommend a phone that would. Stephanie rang me to say the messages were being picked up by 1571 and she would switch it off so the messages would end up on my answerphone and then emailed me to confirm. It was a good result from my point of view and handled well by Stephanie.

Full Fibre 500 installed and working well.
We now have full fibre 500 installed and working well. Garden team 3 (Steve(?), Simon and Dan were excellent. Neat, tidy and very obliging. Taking cable into the house exactly where we wanted it without any fuss. Installer Max was also excellent. Polite, well-mannered and very knowledgeable. Very neat wiring of the ONT into the house and took time to ensure router was fully operational and obtaining good speeds in every room in the house. Speeds in excess of 500 at the hub and nowhere in the house less than 100. Very pleased with the outcome overall. 4stars rather than five: the only negative being the length of time and lack of communication between getting the coil in the garden and getting the garden team/engineer in.

The gangs who installed and connected our fibre upto the property and Poppy who did the final connection inside the property were extremely efficient and professional. They listened well to our questions and came up with effective solutions where needed. Couldn’t fault them. Thank you.
