Very helpful technical support
Arron in technical support was helping me with a question I had asked. My phone battery died just as he was asking for my email address so he could send me some information. I expected to have to call back and go through everything again with another technician. I was really surprised to receive the email I before I called back. Arron must have tracked my account and email address down by looking up the mobile number I had called on. That sort of care makes a lot of difference. As for my new fibre connection, I have only had it 24 hours but it is providing good speeds, as advertised.
