Query handled well and promptly
I wrote an email saying me landline phone wasn't accepting answerphone messages and could Wessex Internet recommend a phone that would. Stephanie rang me to say the messages were being picked up by 1571 and she would switch it off so the messages would end up on my answerphone and then emailed me to confirm. It was a good result from my point of view and handled well by Stephanie.
