Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
I used to have my car cleaned in and out for £25 in Waves Henley on Thames, i asked the the guys in altrincham to do a £25 wash, and they only cleaned the outside. Didn’t touch the inside at all. They wanted more money for the inside. That is a huge difference in pricing structure and overall too expensive.
I dropped my car in about 15 minutes early, for a Gold clean (1 hr 15mns allocation), was told that there was an extra charge because it had dog hair in, which would take longer, & it should be ready in an hour (why charge me extra if you’re going to be finished EARLIER????)
I returned after an hour n five minutes, to a no where near completed car (the washers were pushing a Mini cooper around, then the RAC turned up) to be told, be ready in 5 minutes
after 25 mins I asked again is it finally ready, to be given a disinterested ‘yeah’, no apology from the younger lad, who was chatting with the owner of the broken down vehicle, so put my practically thawed out shopping in the boot & left, after AN HOUR & FIFTY MINUTES!!
then I saw they took the extra charge for the ‘extra work’ my car required, which looked to me like it covered the time they were chatting to the lady who had the breakdown
AND THE CAR IS STILL DIRTY INSIDE 🤣🤣🤣🤣
£43 + £5 extra time charge for a shit clean that wasnt the focus of the washers, without any acknowledgement is SHOCKING
AVOID AVOID AVOID
pay a bit more & go to Julians, Swindon Road
They do a good job. You can't regret . And they keep a time. By the time you are done with your shopping at TESCO,your car will be ready and sparkling clean. Keep it up.

This was my worse car wash experience ever.
Not only they charge you thought the roof "THE MOST EXPENSIVE I EVER PAID £40", you most likely will end up with smelly car, with greasy a steering wheel and soaking floor mats.
Tried to complain with the guy in charge and he was unbelievable rude.

Waves car wash at Tesco in Sandy was absolutely brilliant.
Barry had a keen attention to detail and clean the car brilliantly.
I use Waves up and down the UK for the business I am employed by.
It is by far the best Waves I have been too.
