From the relaxed and unrushed viewing held by Alex to the efficient service and amazing communication from Helen in the contracts team I can’t fault the Waterfords Fleet branch. Helen kept me updated and was beyond friendly it felt like chatting to a friend at points. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Waterfords Yateley is a superb estate agency. Beth and Harry are an outstanding team who both know the market and area very well. Their assistance throughout the process, particularly liaising with solicitors, buyers and other agents, has enabled us to sell as smoothly as possible. I don't usually write reviews...but feel I need to make an exception

The sale of my house completed today and I have to say a HUGE thank you to Richard Day at Waterfords, Camberley. Our situation was complicated as we are merging two households with 2 houses to sell and, whilst my sale through Waterfords was relatively straightforward, Richard was always there, keeping me informed of what was happening and really making sure that we could make the sale move along in good time and in the best interest of both parties. However, Richard was not just doing everything we would hope an estate agent would do for our sale, he also became a hughly valuable source of reason, valuable information and support with regard to our onward purchase...which has proved far from straightforward and I can't thank him enough for keeping me sane - or relatively at least, through what has been a very difficult and highly irregular experience at the hands of not just one but two other local estate agents. Curiously when we were going through the process of looking for an estate agent to sell for us, Waterfords Camberley, were also far and away the most professional and reasonable from the word go - I have moved so many times in my life, and never felt remotely inclined to write a positive review for an estate agent, but this is absolutely the exception. It is so refreshing to find a team who provide the service that they say they will from start to finish. Genuinely - thank you.

Poor Communication

I wouldn't use this company again based on my experience with Camberley branch. Tried to get a viewing booked, no phone calls just email, they finally got back to give us with a date & time. We replied agreeing to the viewing details, then... nothing. No confirmation for a few days. We finally got an email confirmation a day before viewing. We got to the property on time and no agent was present, i had to call the branch to find out, they didn't know so they would call back. I then get a text saying your viewing has been cancelled because its now sold, no other communication. How about trying calling your customers? I don't mind properties being sold quick its the nature of the business, but to not even call us to check and completely waste our time is not on. We will be staying away from this company moving forward.

A very different Estate Agent experience

Matt was most definitely one of the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, Polite and always took plenty of time to ensure things were done properly. If I had a question to ask and he didn't have the answer, he obtained the answer quickly. Honestly could not recommend enough.

Excellent throughout!

Great from start to finish, always kept us in the loop regarding ongoing chain and patient with the process as it’s not been the easiest moving and can be very stressful but waterfords made that easy. Always on top of things. The Camberley branch which is the one that dealt with were superb and all the staff I dealt with were extremely professional. Also helped me with solicitor and recommended a great convencing solicitor who were brilliant. All I all I would definitely use waterfords as my first choice in the future and recommend them to friends and family in the future!

Would highly recommend this company…

Would highly recommend this company they are very professional in what they do and also very friendly and welcoming which is refreshing As there are so many bad agents out there we went into the fleet office and where met at our desired property by issy she was extremely polite and very professional we also dealt with Sam the branch manager who was excellent in negotiating for us and dealing with all the necessities that we needed to get our moving date in short I would recommend any of my friends and family to use Waterfords thanks guys 👍👍👍

After an absolutely terrible experience…

After an absolutely terrible experience from Romans lettings in Camberley , after we have paid the funds to the tune of 14,400 and let down two days before we were meant to actually move we were absolutely devastated . En route to fleet one morning I telephoned Waterford estate agents and explained my plight Izzy said I would meet you at the property at 10 AM that’s great as we were driving in that direction ,From the start we were handled very professionally and very humanely and we went on to rent a fantastic six bed home ,We were taken very good care of by Izzy and Hazel and Sam the manager was absolutely terrific as well as Sophie who was the Cordinator that moved us very fast I cannot praise this team for that Excellent treatment and general helpfulness we are truly grateful to use Waterford as our letting agents and we will not be going anywhere else and my advice to anybody who is thinking of using Romans in Camberley they are sharks that will take your money and they didn’t want to give it back after 8 days !!!!! they sold the house beneath us they are our un trustworthy and not to be trusted stay well a clear clear of Romans letting estate agents Camberley . Well done Waterfords team 🏁🏁

Best agent out there.

Having had a poor experience with estate agents in the past, it was so refreshing to meet Joseph Joyce. To finally find an agent with pride, passion and professionalism in his work. This is a man who goes above and beyond. You are not treated as a mere pawn in a transaction. From our very first meeting right through to completion, Joe has been a calming, knowledgeable oasis in what can be a rough sea and a stressful nightmare. Every time we spoke on the phone or in person it wasn't like talking to a factual robot it was like talking to a lifelong friend, that is Joe's gift. Joe is an asset to the company and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
