Waterfords Estate Agents is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
From the relaxed and unrushed viewing held by Alex to the efficient service and amazing communication from Helen in the contracts team I can’t fault the Waterfords Fleet branch. Helen kept me updated and was beyond friendly it felt like chatting to a friend at points. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
Waterfords Yateley is a superb estate agency. Beth and Harry are an outstanding team who both know the market and area very well. Their assistance throughout the process, particularly liaising with solicitors, buyers and other agents, has enabled us to sell as smoothly as possible. The sale of my house completed today and I have to say a HUGE thank you to Richard Day at Waterfords, Camberley. Our situation was complicated as we are merging two households with 2 houses to sell and, whilst my sale through Waterfords was relatively straightforward, Richard was always there, keeping me informed of what was happening and really making sure that we could make the sale move along in good time and in the best interest of both parties. However, Richard was not just doing everything we would hope an estate agent would do for our sale, he also became a hughly valuable source of reason, valuable information and support with regard to our onward purchase...which has proved far from straightforward and I can't thank him enough for keeping me sane - or relatively at least, through what has been a very difficult and highly irregular experience at the hands of not just one but two other local estate agents. Curiously when we were going through the process of looking for an estate agent to sell for us, Waterfords Camberley, were also far and away the most professional and reasonable from the word go - I have moved so many times in my life, and never felt remotely inclined to write a positive review for an estate agent, but this is absolutely the exception. It is so refreshing to find a team who provide the service that they say they will from start to finish. Genuinely - thank you.
I wouldn't use this company again based on my experience with Camberley branch. Tried to get a viewing booked, no phone calls just email, they finally got back to give us with a date & time. We replied agreeing to the viewing details, then... nothing. No confirmation for a few days. We finally got an email confirmation a day before viewing. We got to the property on time and no agent was present, i had to call the branch to find out, they didn't know so they would call back. I then get a text saying your viewing has been cancelled because its now sold, no other communication. How about trying calling your customers? I don't mind properties being sold quick its the nature of the business, but to not even call us to check and completely waste our time is not on. We will be staying away from this company moving forward.

Darren and the team at Waterford’s went above and beyond to help sell my property and also played a vital role in securing the new property (even though it was with a different agent). Communication was always easy with all members of staff I dealt with being nothing but professional at all times. Waterford’s provided a service which I found to be personal and professional throughout. I know there are a lot of other agents out there that claim to be able to sell/provide a top class service...Some even claim to be able to do that for less than other agents. In my experience you really do get what you pay for with Waterford’s. I am so very glad not to of gone with 'Purple Bricks'. I had to buy the new property through them and again Darren went above and beyond and helped advise to get things in place in time to be able to move into the new property. I would personally use Waterford’s again and recommend them to anyone.

We have been very impressed with the professionalism and service we have received from Waterfords Camberley whilst selling our property and purchasing our new home both through the branch. Nothing has been too much trouble! The whole team lead by Kier has been helpful, but special thanks must go to Joe Joyce, who not only found us our buyer, but also got to know us, so as to be able to show us properties suiting our requirements, when we weren't sure ourselves what we were after. Joe's calm and positive attitude helped immensely, and we felt safe knowing he was there at the end of the phone/email to answer any questions we had. Im so glad we chose Waterfords Camberley, and would highly recommend them! Thank you to Kier and team.

As first time renters, my boyfriend and I were so relieved to have found such wonderful estate agents to take us through the process. Hazel was really informative when she showed us around the property initially. Issy and Hazel were then absolute super stars, bouncing between my boyfriend, myself and the landlady negotiating terms and keeping us updated all day! Issy then showed us around a final time and took us through the process of making an official offer. It then got a little complicated when I unexpectedly lost my job at the last minute, but Issy was wonderful and so reassuring. Thank you so much guys, we can't wait to move into our first home together :)

Waterfords in Chobham were always polite and helpful. They were ready to give feedback after showing prospective purchasers round and produced a reasonable number of clients in what has been a difficult year in house selling. Luke and latterly, George, worked hard on my behalf. My only criticism is that they probably aimed for too high a price initially - but Hey! it's sold now so now I can get on with my life!

I have worked with Sam Charlton previously and am pleased he was keen for my business again. His colleague Matt Blackman has worked extremely hard to secure my new tenant. I forget the stress involved with a change over in tenant and Matt kept me informed of viewings and was keen from the start - Well done!
