Excellent introduction to water no matter how young your baby
The swim instructors are fantastic, we had 2 in our time with water babies. From our first lesson when my little one was 6 weeks old to my last session when she was 8 months old. They were kind, helpful & most of all kept us safe in the water whilst having fun and bonding with our babies. It definitely helped my confidence & my little one has always loved the water & isn't scared at all. The only reason for 1 star short of 5 was the venue, because it is a private school it wasn't catered for the usual public swimming. So the changing facilities weren't set up with cubicles, showers, changing tables for babies etc. However, it was very local for us, so we were happy to compromise on this. We could have had lessons further afield with a more formal changing facility but this wasn't practical for us to travel.

Toria the waterbabies instructor at jethen house is absolutely amazing!! She goes above and beyond to make parents and children feel comfortable, supported and heard. Nothing is too much trouble and any concerns you have regarding swimming with your little one is always taken into consideration and the support you didnt even know you needed is alway's given to make you feel confident and ready to swim with you baby. You can really tell the passion she has for waterbabies not only as an instructor but also as a parent who has been through it twice. Im so so glad I chose waterbabies and im so so glad we were put into Torias class.
Progressive and fun
Lessons are progressive and so much fun for me and my daughter. We have been attending since she was 12 weeks old and have no intentions to stop. The confidence gained in just 14 weeks is incredible. Lessons do tend to run late meaning we start later than expected, and this obviously will happen when dealing with children! but I have noticed that our session is occasionally cut five minutes short which is disappointing considering each session is over £20 for half hour.

Best swimming lessons by far!
Have been swimming my eldest little one with waterbabies Norfolk since he was 8 weeks old, he’s now 5, we also started with my youngest one too. Not only do I absolutely love it but so do they. The confidence that both of my boys have in the water is just amazing to see, and the safety skills my eldest has learnt from swimming with them! Even things he puts into every day life too! My eldest is now swimming in the pool without us (something that when I started waterbabies I didn’t realise they done) and his confidence is growing more and more each lesson. I’m excited to see where his journey goes. And excited to see my youngest progress through too! Through the whole lockdown to restrictions easing the teachers have done an amazing job of coaching the little ones and bringing their confidence back. Honestly the teachers are a bar above the rest!

I could not praise Water Babies more
I could not praise Water Babies more, we started lessons with them a few months ago now. The safety knowledge my little boy has gained is amazing. The lessons are always the highlight of our week, I’d recommend Water Babies to any parents that want their child to be safe around the water.

I would highly recommended Water Babies
Both of my little boys have been to Water Babies since they were babies and absolutely loved it. The teachers we had were always positive, upbeat, patient and caring and the confidence both of my little boys now have is incredible. The photo shoots were excellent and so worth the money. My 5 year old is now in mainstream swimming but swims in class with 8-9 years olds and that's all because of Water Babies. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering baby classes.

Both of my little boys absolutely love…
Both of my little boys absolutely love their water babies classes. My 3 year old started at 8 weeks old at the Crowne Plaza in the Docklands and only recently finished due to us moving away. He has so much water confidence and his capability compared to his friends who have had swimming lessons else where is far greater. As well as him learning so much in his lessons he has always enjoyed going each week and as he has got older spoke alot about his lessons and enjoys singing all the songs too. I started my second son at 10 weeks old in Southend and we have just completed our first chapter and he also loves the lessons, its become the hilight of our week. I would definitely recommend Water Babies

I started water babies when my son was…
I started water babies when my son was 3 months old and we went through all the chapters. My son finished on his 4th birthday and I can honestly say it was the best experience. My son is so confident in the water, it’s amazing to see and he’s already able to swim. Our instructor Hannah was fantastic and was great with the kids - they really enjoyed the classes. I was so upset when we finished the chapters. I cannot wait to start the journey again with my newborn later this year and hopefully have the same experience.

So happy we learnt with water babies!
Water babies has been the best thing I’ve done with my son, he started swimming when he was 6 months old and continues to enjoy every lesson. Not only is it enjoyable for him but I love going. The teachers are extremely skilled and professional while delivering their lessons in a fun and exciting way. I look forward to going each week and will continue to swim with water babies for as long as we can.

Just finished our journey…
We have just finished our journey with waterbabies where both of my boys have had lessons. We started at the Aloft Hotel which was my favourite. The changing rooms were a bit small and dark but the pool made up for this. When we moved out of London and I had another baby, Karen was brilliant in helping me to get both, baby and toddler in to our closest pool at the Marriott Hotel to continue uninterrupted. The lessons are about water confidence and centre around safety, holding on, floating and yeah they do get a dunking which I hated doing at first. I was rather surprised to see such negative reviews when I have had such a great experience. I would definitely recommend Waterbabies.
