Amazing prices and great service. I had an issue with billing while signing up for service and it was taken care of very promptly via chat.
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.
Hassan Khalid provided professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! US Mobile has consistently been providing new services, options and upgrades. In addition to that their excellent customer service experience and pricing are reasons I continue to spread the word about US Mobile.

I've used US Mobile for 1 year with 0 complaints. Good prices for good services. I love that I can just switch carriers at a moments notice. My annual plan was about to end, so I renewed it for a new plan. I was having trouble with the promo code and the agent on the other end took care of everything for me.

Bilal Ahmed patiently helped me troubleshoot a few major issues that were keeping me from being able to use data on my phone as well as reset my security questions on my line. Every direction was clear, concise, and often included screenshots to know exactly where I needed to look in my phone for the next steps. I appreciate the assistance and not feeling rushed to take the next steps. All my issues were effectively resolved. Thanks!

"Khizer Saleem" I spent over an hour trying to get my new service actived (probably my phone settings were screwed up). Khizer Saleem, my tech support, was amazing. He went through every possible scenario, patiently and steadily until he found the problem and fixed it. This company and their tech support people are amazing.

We've been using this company for several phones in the family for years and the reception and service is comparable to more expensive cell providers, while the plans are much more flexible and reasonably priced. Had a great customer support experience today with Mubeen Siddiqui.

I am absolutely in love with this cell phone service. I have had absolutely nothing but a five-star service all around since I switched carriers to US Mobile back in June or July last year. Not only is the cell phone service excellent, including the option to switch networks on demand, but the customer service has been exemplary. I use the chat feature to contact customer service exclusively and I've never had an issue whatsoever with any of the customer service reps. I just got done talking to a customer service rep named Prinka and that person was nothing but absolute pleasure to deal with. If you're looking for a rock solid cell phone service carrier, and the option to switch networks on demand, and absolutely reasonable price of $44 a month for 100 GB of high-speed 5G data, then US Mobile is for you.
