Amazing prices and great service. I had an issue with billing while signing up for service and it was taken care of very promptly via chat.
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.
Hassan Khalid provided professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! US Mobile has consistently been providing new services, options and upgrades. In addition to that their excellent customer service experience and pricing are reasons I continue to spread the word about US Mobile.

After endless hours of frustration with Visible Cellular and trying to get an iPhone and Apple SE watch to work with a family we switched to USMOBILE for the watch and still had issues then we switched both the phone and watch to USMOBILE and it still would not work even after following the steps. I used support and then figured it out quickly an refreshed the line to get it going again. I have to say switch from Visible to USMOBILE was quick and easy for the phone and watch. Make sure your phone line is unlocked with visible and you have your visible OTP code and you are golden. THANK YOU! USMOBILE support. Looking forward to your service and multi carrier chooses.

The best carrier for the price. I use Warp, and Dark Star and they both work flawlessly. My most recent visit with support took about 10 min and got me going, Khizer Saleem. Great Tech, quick response. Thank you guys so much at US Mobile for the great service and great coverage!

I was/am considering signing up for US Mobile's Unlimited Premium Dark Star Plan and had quite a few questions considering I intend on leaving an MNO I've been with with for almost two decades. I worked with a representative, Khizer Saleem, who was extremely patient and did not provide snappy answers even as the questions seemed to never end. So I appreciate that. I felt very comfortable with his responses to my questions and with US Mobile's services. Well done US Mobile and Khizer Saleem; at least on the customer service aspect so far.

I moved my cellular service to US Mobile yesterday and had trouble activating my companion Apple Watch plan. Service representative Zeeshan Siddique assisted me with the issue for almost 2 hours. He was patient, friendly and diligent while troubleshooting and finally resolving the issue, making sure everything worked to my satisfaction. This experience, after one day with US Mobile will encourage me to highly recommend this provider to anyone looking for a cellular provider. Thank you again Zeeshan for the excellent service.
