Amazing prices and great service. I had an issue with billing while signing up for service and it was taken care of very promptly via chat.
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.
Hassan Khalid provided professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! US Mobile has consistently been providing new services, options and upgrades. In addition to that their excellent customer service experience and pricing are reasons I continue to spread the word about US Mobile.

Tech support spent a looooong time helpng me on multiple calls getting set up and off of the other carrier.( my tip is have tech support on dekstop chat and phone in hand needing help with.)

Giving five stars because Hamna was great and got my challenge fixed, which I no doubt caused the majority of. With that said, a 10 minute conversation took an hour to complete with me locked to my laptop. If there was a way to cut to the chase with simple issues, it would be swell. Thanks for all you do US Mobile. At least I was home and not puttering around a Verizon satellite office...

Even though it was time consuming to chat with the rep I was still able to accomplish what I needed to without much of a fuss and they even issued me a FULL REFUND! Who, in today’s world does that anymore??!

I’m so regretful of this rating’s that’s only has 5 star to leave a review. Today I got big trouble with my line after switching the network which left me with NO service at all. However, I fortunately got support online from one of the best agents from US mobile whose name Khizer Hussein who walking me through the process. I couldn’t say thank enough. He / She should get a rating up to 6 star.
