Over-promise and severely under-deliver…
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.

Not reliable, might cost you a friend
I have had US Mobile for over a year. The service is spotty, I regularly miss text from people and it's caused issues with a few friends who think I'm ignoring them. They also don't seem to know their own network or compatibility and your phone will regularly stop working at the most inconvenient times, like when you're waiting to hear back from your doctor.

I had been having trouble setting up my voicemail
I had been having trouble setting my voicemail up for a while after switching to a new phone. My customer service representative Ali was super patient and we ran through all the troubleshooting steps that I had gone through before with other customer service reps and ended up getting disconnected from due to life getting in the way. Having 4 kids its difficult to be tethered to a chat on my phone since I'm constantly having to go tend to one of them and that usually ends up with the chat being disconnected, Ali was very patient and persevered and after about 2 And a half hours I realized that the mistake was on my end. Thank you Ali I hope every CSR I get from now in is as good as you.!!

US Mobile has been great since day 1. Excellent service, great prices, and most importantly the best telecommunication assistance I've ever seen.
