Amazing prices and great service. I had an issue with billing while signing up for service and it was taken care of very promptly via chat.
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.
Hassan Khalid provided professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! US Mobile has consistently been providing new services, options and upgrades. In addition to that their excellent customer service experience and pricing are reasons I continue to spread the word about US Mobile.

I messed up a network transfer, my phone would not work. I contacted tech support and was connected to Hanzalah, they were excellent and very patient with me. Fixed my problem no problem.
Had issues with transferring two phone lines from previous carrier, but knowledgeable US Mobile rep patiently talked me through the steps to get both lines transferred.
I had a long chat with a US Mobile rep - Muntaha; who was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my numerous questions and also helped waive the shipping fee for the starter kit. I was able to get the help I needed, and I am set for now with US Mobile. Looking forward to a great year of service with them.
I had a slight issue teleporting over to darkstar network. I opened a chat and spoke with Waleed Asghar and he took great care of me got it up and running and was also able to get me on a new billing plan. Thanks!
I was porting from Warp (verizon) to Darkstar (AT&T). I reached out to customer serivce and got Mubeen Siddiqui on chat. He was one of the best customer advocates I have touched base with since I've been a customer at US Mobile. Not only did he confirm my transfer to the new network went through, he also signed me up for the new promo they were running. He was extremely polite and professional. Mubeen Siddiqui made my day. I wish I could get Mubeen everytime!
they keep changing their roaming policies every 5 min, this not what i signed up for , undependable
Hassan Khalid was wonderful to get everything finally straightened out. I needed ATT for service in Vermont and got totally confused by the two sim cards.. putting in the Verizon NOT the ATT. He was extremely thorough in sorting out issues and getting me on ATT. YOU need more information for novices like me !! Tell me which sim is for what network!! Also for some reason.. site would not take my payment. But again everyone was super to help me get sorted out. 5 stars for them.. 4 stars for site.. Please give us more information.
