I had been having trouble setting my voicemail up for a while after switching to a new phone. My customer service representative Ali was super patient and we ran through all the troubleshooting steps that I had gone through before with other customer service reps and ended up getting disconnected from due to life getting in the way. Having 4 kids its difficult to be tethered to a chat on my phone since I'm constantly having to go tend to one of them and that usually ends up with the chat being disconnected, Ali was very patient and persevered and after about 2 And a half hours I realized that the mistake was on my end. Thank you Ali I hope every CSR I get from now in is as good as you.!!
