Amazing prices and great service. I had an issue with billing while signing up for service and it was taken care of very promptly via chat.
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.
Hassan Khalid provided professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! US Mobile has consistently been providing new services, options and upgrades. In addition to that their excellent customer service experience and pricing are reasons I continue to spread the word about US Mobile.

Fatima Shafiee helped me transfer my number from my old phone to my new phone. Excellent service and she had so much patience with me. US Mobile has the best customer service of any wireless company that I've ever had. I've reached out to them a few times and any issue is resolved quickly with polite, professional service just like Fatima gave me today. Thank you!

Although I had connectivity issues due to a mix up with a prior tech, Sarhan was able to fix my problem. Always good service with the customer and technical support staff here.

They fixed my issue even though I left the conversation and returned to it multiple times. My hotspot wouldn't provide Internet to any of my devices even though the.devices were connected to the phone and the phone itself has internet. In the end, they found that I needed to reset my network settings then turn on and off airplane mode. After that, internet worked well on tethered devices.
