Amazing prices and great service. I had an issue with billing while signing up for service and it was taken care of very promptly via chat.
Over-promise and severely under-deliver is what this so called company is all about. Texts were undeliverable, outgoing calls kept getting dropped, and incoming calls kept going straight to voicemail. On top of all these, the customer service team was completely unprofessional. They’ll advertise promos but it’s very misleading because it’s only for a specific network. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.
Hassan Khalid provided professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! US Mobile has consistently been providing new services, options and upgrades. In addition to that their excellent customer service experience and pricing are reasons I continue to spread the word about US Mobile.

I love this company. It's affordable, there's so much flexibility in the phone plans. It's easy to sign up and end plans. Customer Service has always been very helpful and thorough with their help. I was having technical difficulties recently and Shahrukh was very thorough with helping me as he tried to figure out what the issue was. Thank you for your help Shahrukh!

I switched to US Mobile from Verizon and had no data connection. Disha Ijaz was with me for 4 hours and walked me through it until the problem got fixed. A terrific employee and represented the company well!

Worked with Arham to transfer from android to iphone and he was so kind, patient, and professional. When you get a lil older electronics seems to be a bit confusing, yet Mr Arham led us thru and phones are working great!!! Ty Mr Arham give that man a raise😄

I paid them to port out from my previous provider. When the port out takes longer than 30 minutes (actually a full 8 hour day) I asked them what is the hold up. Their response: message your provider so they can do the port out. This is your job. If you want me to message my provider, then give me my money back and I will.

Great prices and good customer service. We have had to wait on the phone for a bit to reach customer service, but not an excessive amount of time. They are polite and helpful. The connectivity we get in our area has been pretty good - not that much different from any other carriers we've had. (We are in Northern NV)

The agent I spoke with (Aiman Karim) was fantastic. I had a somewhat complicated issue, having traveled to a foreign country without first setting up WiFi calling or international eSIM. Realizing I was locked out of my bank without being able to receive a text verification, I was in a pickle. Aiman was able to troubleshoot and get me up and running, persistently going through the various options until we found the one that worked. Thank you!
