The installer arrived on time - was helpful, polite & friendly - he explained everything - listened to & answered our questions - completed the work on time & left the our location as if he'd never been there. The installer arrived on time and was honest in the appraisal about the condition of our existing water softener. He gave me a price there and then to install a new machine, and completed the work within the time period he had said. No fuss, no mess. Thank you.
What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

Contacted UK Water Softeners and Sarah was quick to schedule a visit to give a demo and show the various options. We went for Harvey Twintec S4. Installation was booked in quickly. Steve arrived on time and did a fantastic, neat and clean job to fit the softener and explained how everything worked. Overall an easy, hassle free experience from UK Water Softeners and the team.

Thorough explanation! Sarah was very patient with all our questions. Not once did we feel pressured by her to buy anything nor was there any awkward upselling. She made us feel comfortable and happy with the choice we made. Installation was very tidy with another explanation of how to use the system efficiently. Overall very happy with everything, would highly recommend!

Great company for water softener installation. Sarah visited and gave us all the options and explained them clearly, without any pressure to purchase. Steve then did a really great job with the installation. Recommended if you are looking for water softener.

After nearly 20 years our old softener died and so we went back to UK Water Softeners who had installed the original. They turned up within 24 hours, checked that the old one was really dead and installed a new one. With an upgrade deal we felt very happy

We received excellent service from UK water softeners who fitted our previous softener 20 years ago. Both Andrew and Sarah visited to discuss the best water softener for our house and current needs. Fitting was arranged promptly and carried out efficiently by Carl who managed to fit the machine in a tight space. Would not hesitate to recommend
