The installer arrived on time - was helpful, polite & friendly - he explained everything - listened to & answered our questions - completed the work on time & left the our location as if he'd never been there. What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

I booked a visit and Sarah called me back. It was prompt response. During the visit she explained the potential problem during the installation. I like that she is not just want to sell you a product but she would really observe the property and let you know the problem. I am satisfied with the overall experience. Everyone in the company was helpful and assist you with any question.

Excellent service from quotation to installation and free delivery of salt blocks all within a matter of weeks. Lovely experience with Sarah the manager who visited our property and and sent us a quote promptly. She has a lot of knowledgable and took us through all options, taking time to explain and demonstrate thoroughly making it easy for us to choose the device that suited our property. We also had a Triflow Tap fitted to our water softener which allows you to have hot and cold softened water and a water filter for drinking water all in one. We cannot recommend this company highly enough for their excellent communication, informative approach and efficient service.

Highly recommend UK Water Softeners! I made contact with Sarah after problems with a Kinetico softener. She suggested next steps and manage to get Kinetico to get in touch with me before I could reach them. After the Kinetico visit, which was very little help to me, I decided to go with UK Water Softeners as they customer service and knowledge by far exceeded any other company I've researched. From start to finish Sarah, Andrew and Steve delivered an excellent service.

Fantastic experience. We shopped around, looking for a combination of service and value, and UK Water Softeners stood head and shoulders above the rest of the market. A local, family business (which is very important to me), and the fitter/plumber Pete did a great job, and was also very tidy. The unit is hidden in a corner cupboard, can hardly be seen, and the water quality was transformed in only a couple of days. Huge thumbs up

Engineer called to repair and service our water softener unfortunately machine had seen better days and was knackered, It was 13 years old, I had an option to rebuild or replace decided to replace with the latest model, engineer was professional polite and informative and very tidy, I would not think twice about recommending uk water softeners “excellent”
