The installer arrived on time - was helpful, polite & friendly - he explained everything - listened to & answered our questions - completed the work on time & left the our location as if he'd never been there. What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

From start right till the end, it was very professional and welcoming experience altogether. Our first appointment with Sarah was organised very prompty. She knows what she is talking about and therefore it reflects in their service too. We were given full and complete knowlege of all the products with its respective uses and suggestions which would work the best for our household. Sarah was the only person who suggested an easier and out of the way; installation place without having to compromise on my kitchen cupboard space or having the unit outside. We were very impressed with that as it made it so much easier and stressfree for us. Once we finalised on the product, the process was very swift with a phonecall to book a day for the installation. The installation team is very professional and they did a great job in a timely manner. Its a wonderful team and we would high recommend them. I love it, since they are family run, giving you a very personalised sense of service.

super efficient, the installation was done with great care by a friendly experienced technician. after the installation, immediately test the water from my taps and all stainless steel and mirror with no more dirty marks again. Very satisfied and money valued.

I have delayed writing this review for two months as I wished to see whether there would be any noticeable improvement to our water supply. The answer to this is a resounding ‘Yes’. There is now no sign of limescale and the quality of the water for showering and washing has improved beyond measure. I am grateful to Sarah for providing such an honest, straightforward service and to Pete for his professionalism when installing the product. I only wish I had taken the latter’s advice and had a Surestop stopcock fitted whilst the installation took place. I recommend this company without hesitation.

In order to replace my old water softener, I looked for options available in the market. One of my friends gave me reference of UK water softener. I emailed Sarah Thomas, who promptly replied and arranged a meeting. On the day, she came with softner models and explained everything in detail. Provided all the information in a pack including salt refill prices. A really professional approach. Once I confirmed the softner model, I was given the appointment for fitting in the softner without much delay. On the day, Steve came on time and fixed the softner without much fuss. Provided all the information needed to know and left two bags of salt blocks. The infinity softener so far has shown great result. Water stains have almost gone. I highly recommend UK water softener to everyone. I had called other companies and they came without any models to show and even without any information booklets.
