The installer arrived on time - was helpful, polite & friendly - he explained everything - listened to & answered our questions - completed the work on time & left the our location as if he'd never been there. What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

I searched for several water softener companies. Thanks to my friend Minnie for recommending this company to me. Sarah came to my house and gave us a detailed explanation and review, and gave us suggestions as there were some restrictions. I was a little worried at first, but it was completely unnecessary! On the day of installation, engineer Pete arrived on time and everything went very smoothly, he worked quickly and efficiently and highly technically, he did an excellent job. This is a great team and I highly recommend them.

I got new Harvey TwinTec Water Softener installed via UK Water Softeners. Sarah was very helpful and quick to respond to all my queries initially. She came around and explained the whole process very nicely. Steve came sharp on time on installation day. I found him very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. Just a very pleasant, honest, straightforward experience from sales visit to install. Family-run and it shows. Within 2 days I can feel and see a huge difference, especially with clothes, (cleaner) hair and skin feel silkier, and the black plastic and ceramic dishes are shinier coming out of the dishwasher. So glad I took this step.
