I checkmy speeds constantly and not only are they inbareable theyre criminally slow.avg speed is .37 mega bits per second.thats correct bits not bytes.they advertise around 4 megabytes.thats 12 x slower.they continually drop internet connection for no apparent reason causing you to have to re establish amongst other games.then to add insult to injury they subtract false amounts of data anywhere up to 12 times as much by my records.they promise credit never to be seen and the customer service is absolutely pitiful.if you doubt me just read more reviews.stay clear of these crooks!
I’ve used Twigby for many years now and am very satisfied with their service and fair pricing. The customer care service cannot be beat. Without exception, I’ve received fast, accurate feedback and instruction for any number of questions. I’ve just brought my own iPhone (unlocked) to Twigby, and the customer care representative stayed on the chat until I got it completely set up. Really appreciate that kind of service.
Each person I spoke to online was very polite and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot and help me get to a solution.

Clear communication with a competent representative with no attitude. Problem with a Samsung phone was actually reported two days ago after I had performed a factory reset to resolve an issue. After numerous attempts, Twigby stated a new SIM card would be sent that takes a couple of days to arrive. In the meanwhile, I implemented a couple other changes and was successful in making a TCL backup phone partially work with the exception of receiving calls since Call Forwarding had been activated during my first call. After the Representative today disabled Call Forwarding, the backup phone worked. Therefore, I am going to perform another factory reset on the Samsung phone which will tell me one of three things: 1) I either made an error performing a factory reset; 2) I may have caused the calling problem by the modifications I made; or 3) The phone is faulty in which case its going to the firing range. Although I have reset and modified many many phones, I can still make a mistake. Twigby was very patient and helpful in assisting me to establish service on a different phone although I may have caused the problem, unless its the phone itself. I do not believe any part of the problem was caused by Twigby. If I do need to replace the Samsung, it will be a non-branded Samsung or Motorola compatible with Twigby that uses the Verizon network. As far as service issues, I have yet to have any with Twigby.
Very responsive support folks. Great that they are US based. Needed to switch SIM over to a replacement phone - they quickly verified I was the authorized owner, then got me switched over. All done in 5-10mins. A happy long time customer.
The representative Robin was great. She was very helpful and guided me in the areas that I needed help with. Twigby is a very good company- reasonable prices and the plans are great.
