Twigby it doesnt get any worse
I checkmy speeds constantly and not only are they inbareable theyre criminally slow.avg speed is .37 mega bits per second.thats correct bits not bytes.they advertise around 4 megabytes.thats 12 x slower.they continually drop internet connection for no apparent reason causing you to have to re establish amongst other games.then to add insult to injury they subtract false amounts of data anywhere up to 12 times as much by my records.they promise credit never to be seen and the customer service is absolutely pitiful.if you doubt me just read more reviews.stay clear of these crooks!

Excellent customer service. Great prices.
I’ve used Twigby for many years now and am very satisfied with their service and fair pricing. The customer care service cannot be beat. Without exception, I’ve received fast, accurate feedback and instruction for any number of questions. I’ve just brought my own iPhone (unlocked) to Twigby, and the customer care representative stayed on the chat until I got it completely set up. Really appreciate that kind of service.

Wanted to find data use for previous months.
I contacted customer service because I wanted to see my data usage for past months. Twigby does not provide that information to customers. They only provide daily use in the user menus which is very cumbersome and not very user friendly. The agent I spoke with explained the situation and was able to tell me the amount of data used for previous months. This information helped me decide that the 4GB plan I was on is more more than I need. The customer service agent was quick to understand my concerns and also offered suggestions to help me make the changes necessary to lower the plan I was on. I am very satisfied with Twigby service and have experienced great customer service. 👍
