Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! The customer service has been outstanding – every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and the team was always friendly and helpful. When I noticed the lights were missing, I sent an email and they were sent out straight away without any fuss. The bed itself is absolutely lovely – beautifully made, solid, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for both quality furniture and excellent service.
We couldn’t be more happy with the service we have received! We were a bit concerned of buying a TV bed online especially two. The prices were very competitive but chose TV bed as they seemed the best price! You never know what you’re going to get!! Out standing quality and delivered very quick. Our boys love them :) Even had a phone call 4months later asking how I’m finding the beds and reminding I have a 5 year guarantee. What a great example of a brilliant run company! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Could not fault this company in anyway, this is now our second bed from here as we originally had a really bad experience with a high Street brand, which ended up being sent back, so once we made the journey to see these guys, you could immediately tell they were experts. We chose one of there Luxre beds and it is absolutely beautiful, we opted for the installation and it was very simple to book so thank you again and thank you to the two gentleman that built our bed. 10 out of 10 service, Will definitely be buying another when needed.
I honestly can't fault TVBed at all. From the second I ordered until the date of arrival they were so helpful and quick to respond to any query I had. As for the product itself, I ordered the SuperKing Capella with 43"samsung tv, LED headboard lighting and the sealy pillow top hospitality mattress and i am honestly so chuffed with it. Unbelievably comfortable and the value for money is insane!!!! 10/10 from me!!!!!
We have brought two tv beds and actually visited the showroom which was an added bonus as we got to feel, see and choose the main bed we liked. We also got to meet Rob and the team who were amazing and very accommodating especially when u have two small children with you. Upon choosing the main bed we were so happy we purchase a guest tv bed too. Excellent communication, aftersales service and overall experience. No fault or issue with the delivery or Anything else. Have to mention the complimentary bath robes and slippers ! Thanks guys
The bed is great and we were very impressed with the excellent customer service, particularity the unexpected follow up call to check we were happy with the purchase. The representative also gave a reminder of the extended warranty we purchased should we find any fault in the future.
Paid in full - Delivery delayed as they want more money.
Ordered frame online and paid £645.05 in full as per total given. After 8 working days I chased delivery and was told that as I was out of area I needed to pay an additional £30.00. I did this but now have to wait another 5-7 working days for delivery as they didn't do anything before as were waiting for the additional £30.00. Not once did anyone try to call me about this, instead they just waiting for me to chase delivery. We are now sleeping with our mattress on the floor and despite asking they won't look into speeding up delivery for me despite the fact that it's not my fault their website doesn't calculate delivery costs correctly. Poor customer service all around. I just hope the quality is as good as they say it is otherwise I'll be returning it all to them. Now 25th February the 7th working day since paying extra for delivery and still waiting. Just had email from delivery company and can't deliver till 3rd March which will be the 19th working day from when I ordered. Not exactly 5-7 working days for delivery.
I had some difficulty with an online purchase I called customer service,spoke to a wonderful young man called Alex who even called me back! Alex fix my issue in a few minutes and all was well. To say I am pleased with the service of this company is an understatement!
And as I have just bought another property will definitely be back for another purchase!

Excellent customer service - fast delivery - only criticism was the instructions could have been a bit clearer but any issues I had were resolved by customer service who responded in a prompt way.
