Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! The customer service has been outstanding – every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and the team was always friendly and helpful. When I noticed the lights were missing, I sent an email and they were sent out straight away without any fuss. The bed itself is absolutely lovely – beautifully made, solid, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for both quality furniture and excellent service.

We couldn’t be more happy with the…

We couldn’t be more happy with the service we have received! We were a bit concerned of buying a TV bed online especially two. The prices were very competitive but chose TV bed as they seemed the best price! You never know what you’re going to get!! Out standing quality and delivered very quick. Our boys love them :) Even had a phone call 4months later asking how I’m finding the beds and reminding I have a 5 year guarantee. What a great example of a brilliant run company! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great Bed TERRIBLE SERVICE & DELIVERY!

Love the bed but service and delivery is seriously lacking! Ordered 6th May a superking that was down for delivery in 5-7 days. 7 days later still not heard anything so called up to enquire. Got a guy who seemed like he wanted me off the call - advised bed would be delivered within the week but couldnt give a day/time said he would call courier and come back to me. Called up again the next day to enquire as heard nothing. Told the same again they would need to contact courier and come back to me. Still heard nothing so called again on 16th to eventually get someone who called the courier while i was on. Turns out courier only received bed the day before and it would be the following week before they had a chance to deliver. Long story short received the bed on the 22nd (16 days after order) when purchased on the basis of 5 - 7 days delivery! The product is nice but service and delivery is SHOCKING!!

We purchased double ottoman bed with tv storage built in . This bed is a very good quality and very sturdy heavy bed better in real then the pictures online. I definitely recommend this . The service was absolutely fantastic. Thank you very much for the bed and your service I had a great sleep (:

i bought the Pearl Ottoman TV Bed In Cream Velvet it came today it’s beautiful but currently building it and the holes where the gas lifts are supposed to screw in are in the complete wrong place. went to check your website to see if anybody had the same issue with the bed and you have BLOCKED my IP address from your website. no one in my household on any devices can access the website anymore.

Excellent service and great product

Ordered the Sigma King with no tv or mattress or assembly. Communication and delivery was excellent. Bed was easy to assemble and so far so good. Can highly recommend this company.

Quality item and service

I ordered the Essence ottoman king size bed without the tv or mattress as I already had those and added the LED lighting. The whole process was seamless and I was kept updated as too delivery. I went for the installation option and was really impressed by the lads that did this, very efficient and they gave me advice on installing my own TV. The bed is of high quality and looks amazing. In all a quality item and service
