Great Bed TERRIBLE SERVICE & DELIVERY!
Love the bed but service and delivery is seriously lacking! Ordered 6th May a superking that was down for delivery in 5-7 days. 7 days later still not heard anything so called up to enquire. Got a guy who seemed like he wanted me off the call - advised bed would be delivered within the week but couldnt give a day/time said he would call courier and come back to me. Called up again the next day to enquire as heard nothing. Told the same again they would need to contact courier and come back to me. Still heard nothing so called again on 16th to eventually get someone who called the courier while i was on. Turns out courier only received bed the day before and it would be the following week before they had a chance to deliver. Long story short received the bed on the 22nd (16 days after order) when purchased on the basis of 5 - 7 days delivery! The product is nice but service and delivery is SHOCKING!!
