Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! The customer service has been outstanding – every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and the team was always friendly and helpful. When I noticed the lights were missing, I sent an email and they were sent out straight away without any fuss. The bed itself is absolutely lovely – beautifully made, solid, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for both quality furniture and excellent service.
We couldn’t be more happy with the service we have received! We were a bit concerned of buying a TV bed online especially two. The prices were very competitive but chose TV bed as they seemed the best price! You never know what you’re going to get!! Out standing quality and delivered very quick. Our boys love them :) Even had a phone call 4months later asking how I’m finding the beds and reminding I have a 5 year guarantee. What a great example of a brilliant run company! Couldn’t recommend them enough.
Such a great company, we love our new bed so much.

Wouldn't recommend this company
Read their small print before purchasing a bed from them. They will charge you 5 percent of the purchase if you make a mistake and want to change or cancel the order! So now instead of wavering the charge and swapping the bed over for the correct size they have now permanently lost a customer!!!
I would like to add I rung on the Saturday so plenty of notice before my delivery on the Wednesday! Also they "dispatched" it the very same day so even if I noticed my mistake before hand it wouldn't of made a difference I would of still had to pay the charge even at 7 days before delivery. So be careful everyone
Best customer service, amazing TVbed and best price on the market.Me and my family researched many companies that sells TVBeds and this one is the best. We bought 3 beds from them. Quality is perfect and the price is affordable.
I recommend this company to everyone.
Our bed arrived (which is lovely) however had stains and rip in the fabric. They sent an engineer out who was shocked at the state of the bed and said the ripped part of the fabric would need replacing- this wasn’t something he could do on the day. He said he’d write a report… it’s now been 2 weeks and we are yet to hear back from TV Beds in regards to a solution for this. Overall, a negative experience however the bed itself (if no stains or rips) is lovely. Very disappointed to have paid £1000+ on a bed to be left with stains and rips.
Excellent product, Excellent customer service, delivery company were great to deal with and very accommodating, I would not hesitate in recommending tvbed.co.uk to anyone, great value compared to high street companies!

This company is local to us and we have visited a number of times to have a look at colour samples and finally to make our second purchase. The team are lovely and knowledgeable and their beds are great. We’ve had 2 now and the kids love them (and so do we! )
Because this was a considered purchase I called TV beds twice and they answered my queries fully, the delivery guys were great with respect for my home when carrying in the boxes. As long as you are not afraid of putting together an Ikea flat pack product you will be ok with this. I luv this new bed and friends are jealous!!! Thanks
The seller if our home had one and we inquired where they purchased theirs. So..we decided to buy one too since they were do happy with theirs. And our en suite was directly in front of our bed so we needed an alternative for the TV.
Have to say it is AWESOME design! Delivery was super..our installers wwre professional and pleasant. Very helpful. I installed our TV and media box myself with no issues. Very easy..nothing to it.
