Do not reply to emails ordered items had an email saying order been received and nothing else, no delivery no tracking info, called them they apologised saying it was back logged and the issue was resolved and order on way.

I was looking for a 12v TV and came across TV village - they had the TV I wanted and were the best price I could find, free delivery, plus 10% off with a voucher code!. Ordered the TV and received email updates at each stage of the order process. Ordered on Friday and was initially notified it would be delivered Monday, which sounded great considering I opted for the free delivery option. Was chuffed to get another email later on saying it would now be delivered on Saturday!. TV arrived as promised and is spot on!.... Great experience from start to finish
