Company service fine - product poor in some regard.
The product arrived on time express delivery. When I tried to operate the 12 volt aspect of the 24" TV it would not work. I checked my 12 volt socket and it had power. The TV would work on the 240 volt to 12 volt input. Eventually I checked inside the 12 volt T V wall plug and the fuse was broken. I did not expect this on a new TV. The more import aspect is the sound quality of the TV which is tinny and very disappointing which means I will have to invest in a small sound bar to make the sound reasonable which then makes this an expensive 24" 12 volt TV. If I had read the on line reviews the poor sound has been reported many times which even the industry seems to know.
I order a 24 inch smart tv I ordered as I wanted to hang it from the wall in my caravan and I was drawn to the super lightweight factor
I also bought myself a kuma away from home Wi-Fi kit that included a 4g data sim which links to any phone mast as it uses all mobile services bloody expensive but great signal
Anyway back to the cello 24” smart tv I plugged it in at home to check it worked it had power and a start up menu remote worked so great put it back in the box ready to transport to my caravan
Day one went through the whole set up no tv channels detected after scanning a few times I gave up and thought let’s try the smart apps I managed to eventually get signed into my bbc iplayer account for it to just continually buffer so figured I’m tired let’s store it back in it’s box and try again tomorrow
Day 2 same issue no tv channels detected still buffering so badly I’m loosing the will to live the internet is definitely working my son is playing his VR headset games with his friends a 100 miles away so why is this tv that is about 20ft away from Wi-Fi box buffering pack it away again before I jump up and down on the screen
Day 3 brain wave il try a portable travel Ariel as it is a tv made for on the road so no signal in caravan so went out side put the portable Ariel on top of caravan roof hey presto 15 channels found um found but not a tv program just a blue screen with a signal strength bar saying no signal
So I delve deep into the cupboard and dig out my old heavy duty colour portable from the last century and it’s getting good tv signal plug in my firestick and yet again it was a win apps connected and working no glitching
So moral of the story is I should of saved myself £150 and found a way to have the old heavy weight tv in an appropriate place to watch it
So now I’m left with a very lightweight tv that serves no purpose cos it doesn’t work I’m going to try return it as unfit for purpose as not as described if it had the capacity to watch tv and use the smart apps I would of given it a glowing review
I’ve given one star as it won’t let me give less and after all it’s definitely lightweight
Edit
My name is mrs d.m Harding
My order number and details are below I see from your reply refunds are not given it’s only replacement of faulty goods so I won’t both contacting the customer service team il just inform trading standards of the product that is not as described (not capable of working as advertised description) il hand over the the product to them to test that way I’m not made out to be an imbecile or liar

There is nothing wrong with buying from TV village as their service is prompt and their staff very courteous. They were unfortunately let down by a non- functioning Cello TV which is to be replaced by Cello Electronics themselves.
