TV Village is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about expensive and customer service.
Do not reply to emails ordered items had an email saying order been received and nothing else, no delivery no tracking info, called them they apologised saying it was back logged and the issue was resolved and order on way.
Fast communication, fast and safe delivery, highly recommended

Speaking direct to someone is a great bonus and a very nice person answered both my calls. TV arrived earlier than I expected. First class service from start to finish.

I paid for next day delivery which I never got. I rang mid afternoon to find out what time I would receive my TV. I was told that dispatch had missed the Dpd collection. So wouldn't arrive till the following day. No refund on postage was offered

I paid for next day delivery and it didn't turn up I had to chase up. I did get postage refunded, but got parcel on 3rd day. Also TV village doesn't advise your parcel has been collected by courier, it's down to the courier to let you know.
