Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!

Mistake with an order!

I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn

Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb

Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.

Best team - Mike, and Canterbury branch

I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Just been to TP in Lincoln to pick some…

Just been to TP in Lincoln to pick some things up 1st time I have ever used them and I have to say the experience was fantastic the lad who served me was an absolute gentleman made me feel so good and then when I went round to collect the items again the lad who came to help load the items into my car was another absolute gentleman I will be going there for everything that I need from now on and the prices were far better than B&Q and all the other suppliers wonderful everything but most importantly the people made you feel like they wanted to help you not the usual feel that you get of being just another customer

Team doesn't care

Wimbledon branch... They delivered the wrong bricks. My team has been asking for them to fix their error for the last week and they keep ignoring emails and calls. The entire development is held up. Not a good firm. Unreliable with staff who don't care

needed 2 bulk sacks dropping 1 on each side of my house and both over a 9ft hedge . Not a problem dropped first one turned the truck round did the other. Polite helpful guy

Arbroath branch.

Waited 10 days for delivery despite depot being only 3 miles away and website stating everthing in stock. 2 of pieces of timber cracked in the middle and taped up in such a way that was not obvious when delivered. Had to phone them 3 times for update on order and no texts or contact made by them at any time. The shop assistants don't listen to you and talk over your concerns. I was even laughed at during my call. Customer always right? Not in Arbroath they're not. What a strange attitude to customer service when it is your hard earned money keeping them in employment. Never again. Use Jewsons or Rembrand next time.

Extremely disappointed

Not a great experience so far. Made a kitchen order directly via online and was provided with an original delivery date from the supplier. This date was not met and was advised of a subsequent date which again was not met and was advised that there was a problem with accounts at Travis perkins and previously told there was items that were made to order but this was incorrect as all items were listed as in stock and standard units . To this date I have no delivery date and still awaiting items. May cancel order completely and book with another. No communication and having to chase numerous times for updates. Be mindful when ordering.

VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE

If you're expecting to get a delivery as promised. You can forget it. Placed an order last Thursday couldn't be delivered until Tuesday. That was okay waited all day and nothing. When I contacted them having had no reply to the message I left was told it would be today. Rang them again and was told it was being put back to tomorrow, this was. Not acceptable having already Put back once. Salesperson couldn't give damm. Requested order to be cancelled and refunded. Let's see how long that takes

Outstanding customer service from the customer services and West Wickham and Croydon branches, they were so incredibly efficient and helpful, the driver was on time, quick to off load the order and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company

Let down on delivery unless I paid an extra £80

Ordered two composite joists on line with a £20 delivery fee (total £108), then the following day the local branch phoned to say they don't hold stock and it would be another £80 to deliver from the supplier. He also said that this happens all the time. I got a refund (hopefully). Sort your website out TP.
