Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

While Travis Perkins generally offers excellent service, this particular branch falls short. I ordered items for a job, and one arrived damaged. I promptly rejected it, and it was sent back. I can't justify paying a delivery charge for goods that clearly weren't inspected before dispatch. Thankfully, I was able to source a replacement the same day. However, the real issue was the assistant manager's combative attitude when I requested a refund. Their blunt "No, and that's final" response is baffling, and I question how they expect to build customer relationships with such an approach. There are many reliable suppliers in this area; I strongly recommend choosing an alternative to avoid this unnecessary hassle.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your branch recently. I arrived to pick up some materials approximately 30 minutes before closing time, but unfortunately, the team in the yard was unwilling to assist me. As a regular customer, I found this experience very frustrating and not in line with the level of service I’ve come to expect from Travis Perkins.

I placed an order from the penzance store for some fence panels etc..... I found travis perkins by far the best price also free delivery,I ordered for next day delivery and it arrived within 1hr 30mins,also a 10% discount for being a first time customer! The delivery drivers was spot on very friendly and left everything where it should be! Highly recommend! I will be a returning customer fantasic service 😀

Travis Perkins Croydon branch. First time using TP and what a great company, with friendly knowledgeable helpful staff. Had to return some unwanted materials today and nothing was too much trouble. We went to the Huyton store and Rachel dealt with us. She's normally in the Aintree store. She was absolutely amazing couldn't have been more helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. She sent us to Haydn at the Netherton store to pay and sort out delivery. He was also brilliant. The driver who delivered our goods to Waterloo was also great. His driving skills and communication were excellent. Can highly recommend this company. The staff were outstanding.
