Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Shocking Customer Service, the worst I have ever dealt with.
We had an issue with a name change and were informed by the airline we were flying with that this can be done by submitting a request via our travel agent, however, Travel Trolley claim they're unable to help. "Morris" was rude, refused to escalate the call, didn't ask for any details for our flight and didn't want to help. Disgusting customer service!!
I recently booked flights to India. There was some confusion about the hold bags, I rang before completing the purchase. The advice received was helpful. Tickets and invoice was emailed within a few hours.
Terrible! My mums having a bypass so tried to get a voucher not even cancel and they refused and were extremely rude when my family is already going through a hard time. Spoke to a horrible lad called Aarav. I will be taking legal action

And what is that? Pay extra to move seats or cancel and get not an even a fraction of your money back. We have always booked with you and our family and friends but we won’t be from now on. I was told by one of your team members that I can change the seat free of charge under medical grounds and if in the future the price goes up we would pay the extra price or the ticket. Or even a voucher that we could use within a year and travel with you still. I know people who have received vouchers etc due to their medical condition. This is absolutely despicable. You are telling a heart patient to pay more because an unexpected condition came up with them

i booked my recent ticket with travel trolley. i got my e-ticket within an hour am a frequent flyer and i booked with travel trolley first time but really like the service .
Worst customer service I have seen in my life. I made a cancellation of flight ticket before 2 days but still they are processing and won't responding for my mails. Really feel bad for using travel trolley.
