CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

This is the second time I’ve booked with them. Very happy as the process is quick and easy. I usually do it through their website. Only downside is paying a lot for the bags, these are never included in the price. However I’m happy with the service and help

So far so good. I booked via Travrl Trolley after searching for the best prices for long haul flights: their prices were the cheapest. E-tickets arrived within minutes as did confirmation email. To date we have had no further cause to contact them hence 5 stars at the moment. Thanks

The whole booking process was pretty painless, although I did see a few negative reviews earlier. Was emailed immediately after booking/paying & e-tickets arrived just over 2 hours later. I would definitely use Travel Trolley again.

Ticket price was OK, but the date and time which I booked they changed it 3 times without my consent. In this 3 time changing one time was the ticket to India via France Airport where I need Air transit Visa for which I should I apply 2-3 days before. My mother was in emergency I should rush to india .Finally I have given a call to Virgin Atlantic Airlines they said it was done through travel agent where as travel agent was blaming airlines and they took £100 extra saying my name was long some time ,other reason they mentioned my name was long while we are adjusting name and ticket gone high where as the third agent was southhall travels. Literally I got confused is it Southhall Travels book my ticket or travel trolley. I request all passengers who wanna book with travel trolley take consent from them of same dates booked as you needed not as per there convenience. I don't say there service is bad I don't want to make there loss. Thank You

I have been using Travel Trolley for a number of years now. Not only this is one (if not the only) of the best platforms to buy a decently priced ticket, but they have a very good customer service. With this company, unlike with some others, offering you a good price for a flight, you can always be sure that the offered price is the real one. I had a sad experience trying to buy a flight from different companies, which, after the sale, start calling you and telling that the advertised price is no longer available and trying to force you to buy at a much higher price, which is really annoying, because when you tell them that you don't want to buy at a higher price, they start bullying you threatening with cancellation fees etc. That never happens with Travel Trolley - you go online, you see their price, you buy a flight at that price and you never have a problem. Therefore I am going to use this company without hesitation in the future.
