Terrible Trolley
Terrible! My mums having a bypass so tried to get a voucher not even cancel and they refused and were extremely rude when my family is already going through a hard time. Spoke to a horrible lad called Aarav. I will be taking legal action Where should I email then? And what is that? Pay extra to move seats or cancel and get not an even a fraction of your money back. We have always booked with you and our family and friends but we won’t be from now on. I was told by one of your team members that I can change the seat free of charge under medical grounds and if in the future the price goes up we would pay the extra price or the ticket. Or even a voucher that we could use within a year and travel with you still. I know people who have received vouchers etc due to their medical condition. This is absolutely despicable. You are telling a heart patient to pay more because an unexpected condition came up with them
