CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

I didn’t have good experience with them even after spending more than 4K. All queries and requests were denied under the pretence of Airlines. Bottom line, I will not use them again.

To be honest, at first I thought I booked my flight tickets from a fake website through Skyscanner, but then I called and asked for the confirmation and other questions related to my booking, their service is fantastic, Justin from customer care department is so humble and polite. Definitely recommended for everyone :)

They don't reserve your flight when you pay - they do that later. If the price changes, they'll cancel your reservation. This is terrible because if you happen to catch a good flight price, it might change quickly - and because they take time to reserve the flight, you'll end up naked and having to buy another flight at a, in my case, much higher price. Use other providers which confirm the flight immediately, or tell you that they cant make the booming, immediately.

Now 8 weeks since a flight was cancelled for my mother to Mumbai and they still haven't refunded. I am looking to book another flight and wont use Travel Trolley if they work out cheapest. Email was sent on Monday chasing and no reply has been received. No one is answering the phone.

It was my first experience booking a flight from Travel Trolley and it was absolutely delightful. The process was clear, concise and quick. They also allow you an option to add baggage at a very nominal price. Beyond this the customer service is also quick and of exceptional quality, Kunal helped me get my E-tickets at an expedited manner and resolved my query faster than Lightning McQueen. Definitely will come here for all my future bookings.
