I recently was struggling with an issue with my bookings. I called the agency 3 times but nobody came up with any solution. I spoke to Sammy and Bhavika but they were not interested to talk or assist. Later in my fourth called I connected to Keith and he helped me throughout the day whole process. Everything went smoothly. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you Keith for your assistance.
I had a very positive experience with Travel Trolley, where Mr. Spencer provided exceptional service and efficiently arranged my air ticket. Unfortunately, I had previously encountered difficulties with two companies, Airbeas Travel Ltd and Friendz Travel Ltd, where I felt I was misled. I strongly advise others to be cautious and steer clear of those companies. Instead, I recommend choosing reputable travel agencies like Travel Trolley or Southall Travels for a reliable experience.
I normally would not write a negative review, but i cancelled a ticket less than 24 hours after purchase amd more than 24 hours before departure and was informed that i would have a cancellation charge of 190 and 410 refunded to me. A George liaised with me and i have been calling and emailing this company and am getting no response or traction. On reading other comments i am astonished that this business is allowed to continue like this. Please pay my refund bk.
After booking tickets I had to call TWO times and one email to have my tickets. But still they havent send my tickets(22/07/2025) . I know how its look like a real tickets .They are misleading people. Sending useless PDF. NEVER EVER BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY MY FLIGHT TICKETS. really disappointed about this.

That was a great help yesterday. I was really tensed due to wrong name that I entered while booked the tickets however, Spencer did a great job, renamed correctly and finally my family could travel together.
First time we used them yesterday, booked five flights paid over £5600, got email confirming booking, they took the money. Less than an hour later, an email stating booking cancelled due to seat availability??? They said I would get my money back within 72 hours. So no flights and no money to book somewhere else. Contacted them next day, Seats were still available, but they wanted over £700 more.
I needed to add a child to my booking. As soon as Parag answered the phone he had all the details to hand and the whole experience was very easy.
Pranav has been very helpful and listened to our issues with understanding! Will book from them again!
I have used Travel Trolley before and was completely satisfied, but everything ran without a hitch. This time there was a hitch and initially the agent who answered my call was less than helpful. But with a bit of pressure put me through to Norman who resolved the issue quickly and effectively. I would always use Travel Trolley in the future but I gave four stars because of the initial agent who needs/needed more or better training. Norman was first class 😊
