Got there in the end but it took awhile
I had to fly home for a funeral and still had months left on my trip, I called and got one version of what I needed, I tried to get it in writing but didn't have time as it takes about 24hrs+ to get an email reply. After I returned from the funeral and was told no new paperwork was needed the claim moved through to the claims team who said I needed more information. The form they wanted to be filled out made no sense for the circumstance (did the doctor advise them not to travel - but they weren't the one travelling...etc), I got a letter from the doctor and luckily it was sufficient and they held up their end of the deal. I would use this company again but get more information than told I needed over the phone. Get more letters and reports than asked for and hopefully you should be ok.
