Exclusions due to the NZ Earthquake only declared after purchasing travel insurance.
Ok so admittedly I did only purchase Travel Insurance shortly before travelling but only after purchasing Travel Insurance with TID did they declare that there were some exclusions due to the earthquake in NZ. I think exclusions should have been declared before purchase. And then annoyingly they had the cheek to remind me that I should have purchased travel insurance at the same time as booking my holiday. Thanks for the heads up!
